We meet in Nipaluna, Hobart, on the land of the Muwinina people, who on behalf of our Almighty Creator were the original owners and custodians of the land upon which this church and city are built.
We lament that they no longer dwell with us, to share their stories and wisdom. We acknowledge and celebrate the Palawa, today’s Tasmanian Aboriginal community who have survived colonisation. We pay our respect to their elders past and present, we seek to listen and walk together.
